Please give us as many details as possible – which channel (5.1, 5.2 Antenna TV or 5.3 This TV), how you receive our signal (over-the-air antenna, converter box, cable provider, satellite provider), date, time and what program you were watching. This way we can troubleshoot and may be able to call you back with an answer quickly. We will make every effort to respond or otherwise resolve your inquiry within 24 hours or 1 business day after weekends.

Before sending a formal written complaint, we recommend you first contact our captioning hotline. We may be able to resolve your problem immediately without the need for a formal complaint. In any event, we will respond to your written complaint within 30 days.
