Aspiring Firefighter Killed in Hit-and-Run in Reseda

RESEDA, Calif. (KTLA) — Police are looking for a hit-and-run driver who killed a 22-year-old man crossing the street in Reseda.

It happened around 2:15 a.m. Sunday in a crosswalk at Reseda Boulevard and Topham Street.

Thomas Price was taken to Northridge Hospital by paramedics, where he was pronounced dead at 4:55 a.m.

The suspect vehicle is described as dark-colored a 1997-1998 Chevy Tahoe with a 4- to 5-inch lift kit and dark rims.

According to his family, Price was an aspiring firefighter.

His parents lost their only child, and they’re asking for the public’s help finding the driver.

Anyone with information is asked to call the LAPD.
