LOS ANGELES (KTLA) — Damp and chilly weather greeted Southern Californians on Monday morning, and it’s expected to continue through Tuesday.
Temperatures in the mid- to upper 50s are expected for much of the region on Monday, along with clouds and occasional light rain.
A cold front will move through the area overnight into Tuesday morning bringing some rain, as well as snow to higher elevations.
Gusty north winds will develop for some areas Tuesday afternoon into Wednesday morning behind the front, the National Weather Service said.
The high for Tuesday might hit 60 degrees. Temperatures will then drop significantly overnight into the upper 30s and lower 40s, forecasters said.
The weather should warm up by the end of the week, but even then forecasters are only expecting temperatures in the 60s.
