I can’t believe that City of Glendale is making a float for the Rose Parade after they Claims they don’t have money they even lowered the workers pay check and have laid,off a couple of people due to budget but they have money for something like this and I noe it doesn’t come cheap!! It gets me upset because my husband & my family got affected by the cuts
