NORTH HOLLYWOOD (KTLA) — A wanted fugitive remains at large, after he escaped from undercover cops and LAPD SWAT in North Hollywood on Tuesday night.
The suspect is Felix Melkumov. He has previous robbery crimes on his record from Santa Ana, according to police.
Melkumov’s mother apparently lives at the apartment building where he barricaded himself for several hours Tuesday before escaping.
Officials believe that he could still be in the North Hollywood area.
