ADELANTO, Calif. (KTLA) — A third person has been arrested in connection with the death of 4-year-old Samiah Downing, San Bernardino County sheriff’s officials said.
Samiah’s father, Robert Greer, 21, and his girlfriend, Bianca Stanch, 19, were taken into custody Thursday after the little girl’s body was found buried in the desert near Baker.
Now there is word parolee Rayshawn Stanch of Adelanto, a cousin of Bianca Stanch, has also been arrested.
He was taken into custody Friday night on a parole violation and suspicion of murder, and is being held without bail.
A San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department news release said Robert Greer and Bianca Stanch were interviewed by homicide detectives after a tipster reported Samiah missing.
Investigators were then led to an area south of Baker where a shallow grave was located and the girl’s body was found.
Greer and Stanch are being held without bail.

It's so sad and I know bianca and reshawn, my son dated her for a short time,I really don't believe that reshawn had nothing to do with this bianca i believe but boi NO! It;s sad he was helping the police now they have turn on him. It's so sad another child is dead but get the right killer.And the father need his ass beat for letting anybody touch his child and if he did it sentence his ass too death. My prayer goes out to reshawn and his mom call me if you need me ms. a stanch.
