LOS ANGELES (KTLA) –There were several accidents on the 110 Freeway in downtown L.A., after a crash sent debris raining down from an overpass.
It happened around 9 p.m. Sunday, when a black Escalade that was speeding on the 3rd Street overpass lost control and slammed into the guard rail, police said.
The crash sent sections of metal and concrete onto motorists traveling on the 110 Freeway below.
There were six accidents related to the falling debris, but fortunately no one was hurt.
The four people who were inside the black Escalade fled the scene. They are now being sought by police in the hit-and-run accident.

Good chance the Escalade was stolen.
