Arapahoe County District Judge William Sylvester ruled that prosecutors had shown probable cause that Holmes committed the crimes and ordered him bound for trial on all counts.
He said Holmes should continue to be held without bail.
Holmes
is due to be arraigned Friday, but his defense attorneys filed papers Thursday saying he’s not ready to enter a plea.
They are likely to ask for the arraignment to be delayed.

AURORA, Colo. — Mass shooting suspect James Holmes is charged with a total of 166 counts of murder, attempted murder and other charges.

The joker is probably pretty confident that his minions are going to show up and break him out of jail. Then he can escape in his joker car that sprays out a huge oil slick behind him to assist in his getaway.

bring on the death penalty quickly for this freak, his "mental health" thing is simply playing the system, he is no more crazy than me

So…..mental illness can be used as defense but not as the cause…..does this make sense to anyone else?
If we are willing to accept the mental illness plea why is no one is Washington talking about doing something to help people with mental illness. It seems like all they are concerned with is gun reform.
