This was no movie! Passengers aboard a Qantas flight in Australia encountered a real snake on a plane.
The reptile was coiled around the wing of the plane, fully exposed to the 10-degree temperatures outside.
It was later identified as a 10-foot-long scrub python.
Airline officials said it appears the snake crawled into the wing before takeoff and became dislodged during the flight.
It held on for the entire one hour and 50 minutes of the flight, but ultimately did not survive the ordeal.
