LOS ANGELES (KTLA) — More legal wrangling Tuesday for actress Lindsay Lohan.
Not just about the starlets three misdemeanor charges for lying to cops about a car wreck last June on PCH, or her probation violation for a jewelry heist.
Tuesday mornings’ arraignment began with everyone wondering if Lilo’s long-time lawyer, Shawn Chapman-Holly, the woman who has kept her out of jail time and time again was still representing her.
Chapman-Holly had reportedly been orchestrating a plea deal late Monday on both cases that would’ve kept the 26yr old out of jail again, when she was fired by the troubled actress and
replaced by New York attorney Mark Heller, who is not even licensed to practice in California.
Looks like things have been ironed out, at least temporarily, as Chapman-Holly stood front and center and entered a not guilty plea for the actress for lying to Santa Monica cops.
Lohan wasn’t required to be here and was a no-show, but she will be forced to appear in court January 30.
When asked if she’d be back as well, Holley laughed & said “who knows what the future holds.”
