Passenger Asked to Change “Princess Bride” Shirt

NEW ZEALAND (KTLA) — A pretty famous movie quote has created some controversy on an airplane overseas.

A man wearing a shirt with a phrase from the popular movie “The Princes Bride” was asked to change his attire before takeoff.

The shirt said: “My name is Inigo Montoya. You Killed my father, prepare to die”

The people on board the flight from Australia to New Zealand apparently did not appreciate the humor.

Since the man had nothing else with him to change into, the issue was eventually dropped.
