MIAMI (KTLA) — Justin Bieber’s image as a squeaky clean good boy is taking a hit.
A photo uploaded on the BieberFever.com fan site appears to show the 18-year-old pop star groping a fan’s breast.
It was taken as Bieber was giving the fan a smooch on the cheek at a post-concert meet-and-greet in Miami.
The fan, however, says it only looked like Bieber was grabbing her.
His reps deny that he touched the fan, too. They say he was actually pulling away from her.
