Should Drones Be Used in Dorner Manhunt?

A provocative new question is being asked in the Christopher Dorner case. Should unmanned drones be used to locate him?

That would make Dorner the first human drone target ever on U.S. soil.

KTLA’s Doug Kolk has more from Lancaster, where manned drones are currently being used by law enforcement.

Probably will be a predator drone and will shoot a missle at him. This is the new face of America, people. See a truck that look likes the suspect? Open fire first, then ask questions later.

The operative word here was "unarmed" drones.

Why not employ drones in the search… whatever it takes to catch this killer!

If the police can't tell the difference between a 2 Latina and a 270 lbs black man at lets say 100 ft what may some of you think they would do any better at 2000ft altitude at a distance of 5 miles.

Not sure where the unarmed part came from vgrunt. The article I read clearly stated "unmanned". And it said it twice.

Drones can only see heat that comes off a body in white. The rest is black, so how is a drone going to see black on black?
