If u walk into an LA boutique without some cash or a unlimited balance credit card, u will be looked down upon. A friend of a friend wanted a loan from the bank for $4 million to build his new home, they turned him down. He saved the money, built the home, ONLY then did the bank came running with offers of assistance. Such phonies.
