SAN BERNARDINO (KTLA) – San Bernardino County sheriffs have released new detailed information about the huge cache of weapons that rogue ex-cop Christopher Dorner had at his disposal prior to his death.
Led by San Bernardino County Sheriff John McMahon, authorities showcased assault weapons, a sniper rifle, large caliber ammunition, smoke bombs, silencers, and even one rifle bearing the word ‘Vengeance,’ all allegedly belonging to Dorner.
The Riverside County Coroner says Dorner died of a single gunshot to the head, and that evidence suggests the gunshot was self-inflicted.
A single gunshot was heard from inside the vacant cabin in Seven Oaks near Big Bear where Dorner hid, following an intense gun battle with San Bernardino County sheriffs on Tuesday (Feb. 12).
That gun battle ultimately took the life of San Bernardino County sheriff’s detective Jeremiah MacKay, and injured deputy Alex Collins. Collins is expected to recover.
Police had used powerful tear gas to extract Dorner, and had bulldozed the walls of the cabin in an attempt to put an end to his reign of terror.
The standoff ended with the cabin burning to the ground in a huge fireball.
Though questions arose as to whether sheriff’s deputies started the fire on purpose while Dorner hid inside, San Bernardino County Sheriff insisted otherwise.
“It was not on purpose,” McMahon said. “We did not intentionally burn down that cabin to get Mr. Dorner out.”
More questions arose as to how Dorner had earlier hidden in a different cabin in Big Bear, just a stone’s throw from the command center where police were posted.
But law enforcement spokesmen say they had previously approached the cabin, had knocked, and receiving no answer and seeing no forced entry, they thought the scene was clear. Authorities say they followed police protocol.

Ads suck and those weapons were not found in the cabin so stop lying! The plastic isn't even melted on any of them. Dorner had only a pistol in the end. Believe it.
February 16, 2013 at 7:42 AM
Hey fecal matter, those weapons were recovered from the 2 vehicles he stole right before he entered into the cabin. Believe that.
February 16, 2013 at 7:47 AM
@Annoyed, I agree with you wholeheartedly…………..I also want to point out that if these weapons were found in the fire, HOW COME THEY ARE SOOO CLEAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hate LIES and Law Enforcement is FULL OF LIES (just to make themselves) look good especially when THEY ARE DEAD WRONG…………
February 16, 2013 at 8:09 PM
Sheriff “Barney Fife” McMahon is a goddam lying mother$$&? The actions of law enforcement give credence to Dorner’s claim of law enforcement corruption. Two innocent women and man shot up, cabin burned to the ground.
February 16, 2013 at 8:16 AM
'at his disposal prior to his death.'
Kinda like the reward wording……can be Bitch-twisted to mean what they want, what they want you to think, or , well you get the point.. smoke and mirrors
February 16, 2013 at 5:09 PM
He murdered four people, and vowed to murder more…. No smoke and mirrors there.
February 16, 2013 at 7:51 AM
What I want to know is why was an incendiary form of tear gas used when they'd already heard the shot that killed him? Tell ME they didn't want to burn him out.
February 16, 2013 at 8:20 AM
Its because reading in another statement they shot 7 canisters in before the gunshot. Guarenteed it started the fire, and with tear gas you cant see and cant breath at all so he probably then ran down into the basement trying to get away from it. at that point the fire was already going….so he didnt have any options really. Either kill himself or wait for the fire to reach him. My question is…tear gas is strong. So why shoot 7 canisters in unless you were tying to start a fire?
February 16, 2013 at 8:45 AM
Most homes in CA don't have a basement.
February 16, 2013 at 9:52 AM
I Lived in Lake Arrowhead and my home was 3 stories. Although not technically a basement, it was below the main Living room and dining room. And thats what they said…he was found in the "basement"
February 16, 2013 at 7:28 PM
in the local CA mountains many houses have basements. either rooms below the living room and kitchen and upper bedroom areas or literally below the ground
February 16, 2013 at 7:31 PM
exactly. we all know they wanted to burn it down and burn him out. otherwise why throw 7 "burner" canisters in there after you already threw tear gas. the police scanner even has a voice saying "we're going to go forward with what we talked about" which is code for saying we are going to burn him out (w/out admitting that openly knowing that it could be recorded and used against them) so I am sure this was decided well in advance that this is what they would do if they found him in one of the abandoned cabins. he ran into the basement to escape the initial tear gas and then once the fire started he was stuck down there and had nowhere to go. makes me sad actually. on the one hand he was never going to surrended and yes more cops would die trying to approach the house but on the other hand not a fair fight when you torch the building. not saying i wanted him killing more cops but kind of seems like they wanted him captured dead more than alive
February 16, 2013 at 7:53 AM
The man who's truck was stolen said he had 1 rifle type weapon on him when he hijacked the truck, so where did all these other weapons come from ?
February 16, 2013 at 8:14 AM
wonderful police dept admitted those weapons that we were viewing were all replicas of what they thought dorner had, they admitted the only one on that table that was the real thing was the rifle, go figure !! What's next ? they don't surprise me what they say, do and how they try to justify their actions.
Never ending BS from lapd !!
February 16, 2013 at 10:44 AM
Wow, you really are that stupid. The LAPD didn't even do the presentation it was SBSO
February 16, 2013 at 11:37 AM
Does it really matter what police dept it came from, their all the same anyways.
to bad your momma never taught you to show respect to women, typical spearchucker.
February 16, 2013 at 12:00 PM
You could have corrected me in an appropriate manner without using abusive language, i can see where you life is heading, i will not respond to such a disrespectful person like yourself, if you have nothing constructive to say don't say it at all !!!
February 16, 2013 at 3:35 PM
no I couldn't, because all your post's are stupid. Nobody can be that ignorant
February 16, 2013 at 8:32 AM
The lapd is just like an old boss i had, when confronted on something they had done 100% wrong and there was absolutley no doubt they were wrong, i was told that no matter what they ever do wrong they are always right, huuuuuum something sounds familiar here, the only difference is they were a private company, the police work for the people, we pay their wages and pensions, the police forces need to be held accountabile for there silly actions and bungled operations, as stated in a previous post, if they wern't able to search those cabins so close to the command post, why didn't these brilliant officers ask for a key from the owner, they are on-site and renting cabins daily, "het buddy you mind giving us a key so we can look ". In the end, dorner made them look so incompetent.
February 16, 2013 at 11:21 AM
That's very true.
February 16, 2013 at 8:32 AM
Wow everyone of you is so worried about if the gas canisters ignited and if the police lied…Well if you
are so determined to find fault with Law Enforcement . But none of you blame Christopher, we lied from
the befinning his vendetta was againist LAPD but alas no one he killed was LAPD all were innocent
victims of his vendetta…Hopefully none of you will ever now what it is lose innocent loved ones.
February 16, 2013 at 10:23 AM
You are missing the point entirely. Set Dorner and his actions aside and your anger towards that for just a moment and think about the American Criminal Justice system….it is designed based upon the due process crime control model. When we start justifying occasions where it is "OK" to disregard that, you have just begun the descent down a very slippery slope. It is unfortunate that many people cannot see the larger picture, they just have tunnel vision. It is that reactionary thinking that allows countries and syatems to be destroyed. So what if people had been killed, but nobody could say for sure if Dorner had done it? Would it have still been ok for them to burn the man up? Everyone has the right to due process, and that does not consist of burning down the building with no attempt to extinguish the flames. They had no intention of taking him alive, and that is wrong. Because it doesn't end there, it just makes those sorts of actions a little bit easier to justify each subsequent time. Until we finally allow so much discretion that the police become judge, jury and executioner…
February 16, 2013 at 3:38 PM
no kbuck, you are missing the point, no one that died had anything to do with Dorners perceived problem, he was a sociopath and died like one, violently.
February 16, 2013 at 4:10 PM
Well its nice to know you like your all of your cops and ventrans of war to die violently like Dorner, he got killed just like military cop skum he was and the best part is he killed cop skum and sbso killed him like the cop skum he was too.
February 16, 2013 at 4:59 PM
Your missing the point kbuck
All he had to do was open the door and walk out
Don't over think it.
February 16, 2013 at 8:42 AM
There are so many inconsistencies within the stories told by the Police Department, the Couple that was tied up that was originally reported as two maids, and the Ex Pasadena Cop that was hi jacked for his truck did say that Dorner had a riffle (not a hand gun) then the Wild Life people said Dorner had a hand gun …. hmmm which one was it all being of law enforcement currently or previously should know the difference between weapons. How did Dorner carry all of this ammunition that they claimed he had, anyone knows how heavy ammunition is and he supposedly shot 15-20 rounds at the Wild Life people (hmmm a hand gun really. what's the maximum number of rounds) then he supposedly shot at the police numerous rounds with a high powered rifle that had a silencer (where did that ammunition come from) and how do they know the type of weapon if they couldn't hear the shots to identity the weapon. Then at the location of the wrecked purple Nissan a man returned to the scene days later to find a weapon with a silencer just sitting in the snow…hmmmm you mean to tell me no law enforcement checked out the scene prior or after the vehicle was moved as, it appears the gun was in plain sight. I just think that with the diversion game they played back and forth from Big Bear that allowed them time to put the already dead Dorner in the cabin and set it on fire to make it look like he took his own life. There is obviously something that the police department wanted to prevent Dorner from telling and they had a lot to cover up that was worth all of this drama they invented because, Dorner was never captured on camera during all these incidents not even the last chase in Big Bear despite camera crews flying overhead in helicopters when this man was supposedly fleeing in and crashing vehicles, running through the snow and breaking into a cabin with these weapons and ammunition. We may never know the truth but, we have weeks of lies that we can all see through.
February 16, 2013 at 10:31 AM
I couldn't agree more, so many inconsistencies. There was something they were so worried about him saying that the police felt justified in gunning down citizens in any blue truck???? I listened to the "shoot out" in Big Bear via police scanner and they NEVER "had eyes on him". Those were their words. When the 2 cops were shot, they did not see him, nor did they after that point. And the sound byte going around with the police saying "burn that mother@#$%&*" DID happen. I heard it as it happened, an officer was talking to dispatch, at which point I heard an open mike cut in, and heard them yell Dorner's name and than another officer say burn it down, burn that mutherfu$%er. Then dispatch told the officer that there was an open mike and then the channel went offline. I do not like how any of this went down, it is very suspect to me.
February 16, 2013 at 11:38 AM
Agreed !!
February 16, 2013 at 12:13 PM
I heard that as well and also they kept trying to get the news to pull out of filming. And one of the biggest mysteries is….where is the first LAPD Officer that allegedly was grazed by the bullet prior to the Riverside shootings….I personally have not heard anything from him nor have they said who he is. Where is the Man that Dorner allegedly tried to steal his boat and if he wallet was at the scene of the attempted boat theft in San Diego; how did his fire proof wallet and ID end up in the cabin in Big Bear….So many questions among all these lies….Interesting!!!
February 16, 2013 at 2:13 PM
Dont forget, they also found his ID on his charred remains three days after they found his ID in San Diego???
February 16, 2013 at 8:44 AM
What should really worry us is that police officers are allowed to purchase whatever weapons they want, including assault rifles and rocket launchers that can take down airplanes. What's banned for the rest of us is not banned for them.
February 16, 2013 at 9:23 AM
Rocket launchers that can take down airplanes? Really? Where do they buy those from?
February 16, 2013 at 3:39 PM
don't forget the rifles that can wreck trains
February 16, 2013 at 5:27 PM
I saw a cop pull up with the guns of Navarone one time.
February 16, 2013 at 8:45 AM
Even if Dorner had all these weapons, it wouldnt be a suprise. He said in his manifesto he had alot. The media is going to expose Dorner to be this horrible person as much as they can. NOTE to the media….Now that Dorner is dead and the police are safe…why dont you now focus on Dorners story? Lets put some focus on the Police and believe that Dorner was atleast telling some truth…Can you give him that???
February 16, 2013 at 9:05 AM
Absolutley !! Lets hear about the so called investigation in Torrence, what are they doing with the rogue chicken shit cops that fired all those bullets at the innocent people, they sent them home with pay thats all we know, cover-up, cover-up cover-up with no media attention !! I want to know why they didn't get a key from the owners of the cabins he was hiding in so long, they live on-site and rent cabins daily, they could have had easy access with a key. If they would have used their brains they could have avoided another death and the destruction of the cabin dorner hid in. Oh, what am i talking about, brains and police, shouldn't be saying that in the same sentence
February 16, 2013 at 5:22 PM
Dorners story is the rantings of a lunatic.
February 16, 2013 at 9:32 AM
Ok we all know there is going to be a protest at lapd headquarters at 10am this morning. KTLA are you going to be carrying this live ? I totally understand our kids need violent cartoons on saturday morning to help them grow and prosper. Would KTLA be willing to hear some of the hard questions from the public, and carry this event live. Up to now all we have heard is the lies and deciept from the police, you have no problem carrying that live. Honk if the lapd is corrupt……..HONK HONK !!!!
February 16, 2013 at 9:40 AM
Well, Dick and other followers, why would Dorner exact any kind of revenge on LAPD after they fired him? I'd get another lawyer and fight to clear my name. Unless, there was something more heinous going on in the inside the caused Dorner to snap the way he did. To kill former colleagues and their families by investigating them or stalking, he really had some serious issues goin on there. The words of To protect and to serve- means the police are here to provide us security, not to fear them, as in the case of Dorner.
The shooting in Torrence sounds like they were paranoid enough to fire on ANY vehicle matching his pickup at the time. They should have gotten a lic. tag first. Maybe it was just coincidence that the woman had the same truck as Dorner, and were delivering papers in the same neighborhood as that high ranking police official? Who knows.
February 16, 2013 at 10:04 AM
Dorner had a grey nissan titan, the newspaper ladies i believe had a light blue toyota tacoma, nothing similar at all !! obviously these cops need to go back to grade school and learn to read and get their color cards to match up
February 16, 2013 at 11:25 AM
Daisy, when I saw the reports of officers firing on those ladies, I thought- omg! What lawsuits and/ or problems are they doing now?
February 16, 2013 at 1:00 PM
Unfortunately, business as usual !!
February 17, 2013 at 7:22 AM
Back to the 1900′s and lynch mobs, only these days more advanced ammunition.
Whatever Christopher Dorner done or didn’t do he did have the right to due process.
February 16, 2013 at 10:18 AM
If Dorner had all those weapons and ammo, how come he didn't shoot it out till the very end, with one bullet left to take his life.
LE burned it down, bunch of lying POS
February 16, 2013 at 5:40 PM
Because he was really only brave enough to ambush the unsuspecting victims.
February 16, 2013 at 10:35 AM
More BS lies.."Replica" of what Dorner had. The man left the condo's in the burgundy truck. The couple tied up saw "one" gun. After that vehicle he commandeered a white truck. That man said he had "one" gun. Dorner exited that vehicle and ran to a "random cabin". No weapons stockplie. Then they 'incinerate' Dorner for how many hours? At least '8' and try to tell everyone they found his wallet and drivers license fully entact to ID him. Take it 'one step further' after 'incinerating' and "cremating' Dorner in the cabin 'inferno" they had enough remains to "immediately" ID him to determine he died of a single 'self inflected' shot to the head taking his own life. If you go back to audio tapes when they torn open the cabin with the Bear Cat before tossing in "incendiary bombs" they saw blood splatter. So why all the need for a raging inferno? To 'cover more of their lies' and trail of 'thousands of bullets' they used to execute "one" man? I have a fireplace. You toss in a drivers license "nothing" left let.
February 16, 2013 at 5:36 PM
Now put that drivers license inside a wallet and cover it with a 275 lb pork roast, then put it in your fireplace…. There will be plenty of it left.
February 16, 2013 at 10:38 AM
So California police departments can riddle two trucks with bullets, commit and act of arson and get away with it with a bunch of lies. Unfortunatley all the videos on you tube of police brutality in california are just the tip of the iceberg, i think maybe KTLA should host a few town hall meetings, bring in the chiefs and let them answer some real questions from the public. Unfortunately i don't think they would get much of a turn out as the participants know they would be the next to be targeted.
February 16, 2013 at 10:43 AM
Wow all this hatred towards cops sure a lot are corupt just like any profession look at Jessied Jackson Jr. he will probably due time for his actions,,,does that mean all politicians are corupt… try to work within the system the same due process spoken of above should be for everyone…didn't Chris become judge, jury and executioner??Too bad the LAPD didn't weed him out during training he should have never been a law
enforemnet officer too much anger againist everyone. even the ex-wife and ex girlfriend said he was crazy
and always kept loaded guns around watching his back> Why he was fired in 2008 so long to carry a
grudge… May his family get some comfort that he isn't a threat to anyone anymore…don't see the people of Riverside and San Bernardino protesting a cop killer…
February 17, 2013 at 10:34 PM
well my husband is a RIVERSIDE COP and i would sure as hell protest for the corruption against this by far something is off i listenend to the whole thing un folding and i also had to go through the officer that was killed here in riverside and it was sadbut i believe chris dorrner was telling the truth and i know LAPD is corrupt also and that something needs to change ..TO SERVE AND PROTECT aright who THEMSELVES and everyone knows darn well that again this is another coverup for the police department…

February 16, 2013 at 10:45 AM
Oh what a tangled web they weave as they 'attempt' to deceive. They've lied through this whole case and the soon to be 'bankrupt' Los Angeles doesnt have the money to pay the reward.
February 16, 2013 at 10:55 AM
I love how the media and political figures believe every long gun is a sniper rifle, every black gun is an assault rifle, and every pistol is a high caliber semi automatic pistol. I heard our wonderful senator on the radio the other day saying that the CA bullet button basically turns a semi auto rifle into a full auto machine gun. I want whatever bullet button she's got!
February 16, 2013 at 11:12 AM
The part of this whole situation is Los Angeles is virtual broke from LAPD pay-outs for stunts like this. Then they spend millions of tax payers dollars for security for 50 commanding officers? You think no other law enforcement agency has had threats against their departments? Protect the wive and children 'yes' but all the money they used shutting down stations and pampering Chiefs and Captains who claim 'emotional trauma'. Clearly they are too weak mentally and physically to be employeed by LAPD. We should have commanding officers that have the mental and physical capability to work along side their men not this bunch of old women.
February 16, 2013 at 12:26 PM
Cops protecting cops, nothing new, sure if they were that terrified send these officers home to protect their own families, their cops, they know what to do don't they, dorner had them shaking in their boots, sweet payback for all the brutality they have displayed over the years. 4 officers per family is totally unacceptable…..check please !!
February 16, 2013 at 11:14 AM
I'm sorry, incendiary are not common referred to as "burns". The SB Sheriff Chief is lying his ass off, he's another criminal. The police are still trying to go into "damage control" from all the lies. How does the SB Sheriffs Chief know his officers statements, are facts? Why? That's circumventing an investigation, and taking their word for it. That's not due process, they said to got for the "burn, the one we talked about". They bulldozed the walls to feed the fire more quickly. They are lying criminals, lying to your face. They didn't wait for SWAT negotiators, they had the order to kill… another crime. This investigation exposed a wide array of criminal activity from lots of police agencies from shooting unarmed women, men, harassing black males, not checking homes properly bypassing Dorner, the abuse of "go with the burn" which obviously means burn him down. The abuse of burning a cabin down on purpose throwing due process out the door. Dorners mother, as crazy as it sounds, can sue for burning Dorner down without attempting to negotiate, or attempt an arrest… which millions of dollars are poured into training a year, but decided to take the coward route, and burn down private property without knowing if Dorner had any hostages of if children were inside. Another Waco, another crime another agency getting away with murder, and circumventing DUE PROCESS.
February 16, 2013 at 11:17 AM
My point here is that this all could have been avoided, the police complain that they had over 600 cabins to search and check, well my friend you had over 1000 officers on this !! How long would that take???
Dorner stated in his manefesto that a command post would be a high value target, to bad the high and mighty brains at the top didn't search the cabin he was in to begin with, they say they went to the door and it was locked and everything looked secure, so close to the command post, you would think they would clear every cabin in that area, not for our saftey but theirs of course. The owners were on-site, renting cabins every day, the brilliant police force didn't even ask for a key to enter to make sure it was clear, more brilliant police work boys, give yourselves at pat on the back, dorner made you all look like fools !!
February 16, 2013 at 11:18 AM
They make claims there is racial equality in LAPD when that's not true. The department is half white with the other half almost all Hispanic and just a sprinkling of Black and Asian.
February 16, 2013 at 11:29 AM
Residents that live at the condo's say officers never did a check. With all the lies coming from San B who do we believe? Waste of tax payer dollars for almost two hundred man hours and it would have all came out the same.
February 16, 2013 at 11:30 AM
Just u watched, all this will be made into a movie.
February 16, 2013 at 11:34 AM
Just looking at McMahons beaded black eyes and you see a corrupt cop. Then listen to him talk and there's no doubt. Corrupt liar.
February 16, 2013 at 12:07 PM
Every question he answered his eyes were down except when he was praising his officers on how they did such a great job…i'm no body language expert by no means, doesn't take an expert to figure that out…
February 16, 2013 at 1:21 PM
"ok we are going with the burn" "copy" "just like we talked about" "copy" "was that burn the cabin or burn the taxpayers" "copy" "both" "copy that jethro". I will get off this topic but what a waste of money !!
I totally understand that they can't break in every cabins door and they shouldn't have, if there were no tracks or signs of forced entry, hey, all good with me. They should have had him as early as thursday before the snowfall, after he burnt his truck, funny thing is they had access to keys to search that hideout he was in, and none of these trigger happy incompetent cops even thought to ask for them. oh, the doors locked everthing is A ok, eventhough we have keys to get in, ahhhhh it's all good, we're to smart for dorner, he wouldn't be in there any ways . LOL on you, dorner got the last laugh at you !!
February 16, 2013 at 3:40 PM
Anyone for roasted Negga toes
February 16, 2013 at 4:38 PM
This is the most educated response I've seen on here.
February 16, 2013 at 5:26 PM
It is no secret that there is corruption within the Police Department, we have seen the videos on TV, Cops get slapped on the wrist … I'm sorry put on administrative leave with pay and found innocent of their wrong doings by the corrupt judicial system. Anyone with any common sense that watched the news reports and statements by the Police Department could hear all of the inconsistent stories they told and how no one could get their chains of events straight. LAPD painted a picture of Dorner as being a heartless cold blooded killer yet, the 3 people (the couple in the cabin and the ex cop in the truck) that encountered him stated the he assured them that he would not harm them and he didn't, the couple even stated that he conversed with them and stated he just wanted to clear his name. Um what does that tell you there? He could have easily killed each of them to prevent them from calling the cops which, would have assisted with his get away but, he didn't harm anyone that stated they came face to face with him. I'm sorry but that does not scream cold blooded killer or monster. The reality is, they said Dorner is now dead based on his remains, magical fire proof wallet and ID, and dental records. Reality is that the real killer of the couple and two cops is still out there. Who really killed those people and what did Dorner know that caused his life to be taken in such a dramatic episode of alleged events. Those that want to believe in the corrupt system that is your right but, when it happens to you or your loved ones how will you then feel? On nationwide television it was proven that no one is safe as the LAPD without hesitation opened fire on 3 innocent victims as, the other stray bullets struck houses and vehicles in the neigborhood. Those LAPD supporters I am sure you have a logical explanation to justify them shooting up those two trucks striking one elderly lady in the back twice. People open your eyes without prejudice and see things for what they are. Right is Right and Wrong is Wrong at the end of the day no matter how you sugar coat it.
February 16, 2013 at 5:30 PM
You have to go to CNN for the best posts from people from around the United States. Here's two.. Maybe Dorner accidentally shot the two people the way the LAPD accidenttally shot the two newspaper ladies? I'd think twice before I'd let LAPD guard school children.
February 16, 2013 at 10:01 PM
Wonder why none of his weapons were manufactured & produced by a negro owned company?..I AM LMFAO !
February 16, 2013 at 11:30 PM
I was once a KTLA viewer. After your coverage of the Dorner story, I no longer am.
February 17, 2013 at 6:43 AM
John McMahon, SBSD & LAPD are not heroes in my eyes. I have read every article, documents, reports etc etc…..which leads me to believe that they have something to hide. They had NO intentions of taking CJD alive. LAPD was shooting to kill. They shot at innocent people that landed a 71 yr old woman in ICU. They made sure he was not coming out of that cabin alive. Explain to me the Media blackout- "Going with the Burners"- "Burn that Mf'er, Burn that Mf ing house down!" That's not very professional in my eyes. The wallet (ID) that was miraculously found by CJD charred body fully intact. You're lame excuses make no sense and leads me to believe it's all hogwash. The media are cowards & biased. Only REAL reporters & journalists would want to get the facts and investigate what really took place. If I was this mans family, I would have an unbiased 2nd autopsy done & a full fledged investigation.
February 18, 2013 at 12:44 AM
Some of you Dorner lovers are real fools. The cops just had two officers shot down, who says that they have to try to take him alive. Did your boy Obama try to take Bin Laden alive, no they shot Bin Laden down. Well, Dorner was designated as a domestic terrorist, so they really should have just stayed back and used the Drones on him, like they do to all terrorists.
