LOS ANGELES (KTLA) – In the wake of quadruple-murder suspect Christopher Dorner’s death in a cabin near Big Bear, some are perversely making him out to be some sort of larger-than-life mythical folk figure.
And now, the latest twist: there’s a new video game featuring the vengeful cop-killer as a hero.
The video game is called ‘Chris Dorner’s Last Stand: A True American Hero.’
The on-line community that created the game is named 4-Chan.
In the shoot-’em-up style game, the player plays as if he were Dorner, and the goal — dripping with anti-law enforcement sentiment — is to shoot and kill police officers.
Play in the game begins with Dorner in a secluded cabin, which features a portrait of Charlie Sheen on the wall. Dorner is armed with an assault rifle.
Arnold Schwarzenegger is inserted into the game as one of Dorner’s enemies.
In addition to the violence, the game is rife with racist overtones.
Critics of the game are describing it as sick and anti-American.
While a book and TV movie about Dorner’s reign of terror are in the works and are no surprise to anyone, the creation of the controversial, inflammatory video game has caught many by surprise.

The residue of liberal thinking and liberal social policies, at its finest.

Whatever. Anyone have a link to the game?

liberal……….huh………..and here I thought repugnantconism was the main driver of idiocy.
February 16, 2013 at 2:12 PM
He is a hero. Deal with it corrupt and reneging LAPD.
February 16, 2013 at 2:23 PM
Sorry to sound insensitive to Dorner and others like him but he took the pu$$ies way out and did not man up.
He could have and should have gone to the media, to u-tube, to anyone anywhere with his "story".
He took innocent lives and his own life so now we may never know of any truth.
February 16, 2013 at 4:23 PM
He did go the media, Idiot! Maybe you should have read his manifesto before commenting. He even sent dvd's to major media outlet proving his innocense along with steps on how the media could access more cases/proof. Anderson Cooper acknowledged receiving the items but NOT ONE media outlet has discussed what was on the dvd. Why do you think that is?
February 16, 2013 at 6:13 PM
OOPS My bad you are right he did. Sorry 'bout that. He should have never given up though and not shot anyone.
My apologies again he did go to the media…but he should have stayed strong as there are those that knew/know and would have been there for him and I hope the corruption in not only the LAPD but other LEA's can get cleaned up.
February 16, 2013 at 8:08 PM
do you REALLY think that the LAPD or ANY law enforcment officer would let the man live to see trial? F' no, especially when he spoke so much truth about the corruption in the LAPD. Hell no, he had to die so that they could be the "heros" in the story. They could have waited him out instead of using the "burner" canisters to "accidently" ignite the cabin he was in on fire. At that point Dorner had 2 choices, burn to death or shoot himself.
February 16, 2013 at 8:11 PM
Because they are bought and paid by the same people that own the police and the government. Cant have that kind of bad publicity get out to the sheeple now can we?
February 16, 2013 at 2:31 PM
If you read his manifesto, he specifically targets children at their schools. Here are the quotes:
He threatened that he would “use the element of surprise where you work, live, eat and sleep,” and discover the officers’ “residences, spouses workplaces, and children’s schools.”
He continued: “To those children of the officers who are eradicated, your parent was not the individual you thought they were.”
Please explain to me how, under ANY circumstances, a 230 lb man is justified in targeting school children with automatic weapons?
Anyone who supports him is morally bankrupt. Your views are simply revolting.
February 16, 2013 at 4:26 PM
That's a lie!!! He NEVER said that in the manifesto. Either you need to learn how to read, or you need to read it again. It's interesting how people love to take things out of context. Just dumb. You must be an LAPD cop.
February 16, 2013 at 4:33 PM
Those quotes are taken directly from his manifesto. Read it yourself.
February 16, 2013 at 7:27 PM
"he specifically targets children at their schools", while technically in the manifesto was never aimed at the public, and that statement is at the exact level of obviously-deficient reporting i've sadly seen from all major outlets. Oh, right, you'd say anything to distort the actual point of this whole sorry business – corruption. I would ask you all to stay on topic, and don't fall for the flare and chaff decoys shot to the left, right, and directly in your face by every national outlet so far. Audio from the scene provided all we need to know about their commitment to revenge being greater than their commitment to justice. Murdering a murderer in cold blood is murder, ol' chap, and if we dont defend Dorner's actions, that doesn't mean we have to assign corrupt cops ANY QUARTER EITHER. NONE. They are the (are supposed to be) the grown ups here. Did you watch how they treated people, at all? The indiscriminate threat to civilian lives right up to the last stand (the guy that Dorner attempted to carjack from hid from the Police's bullets, not Dorner's. It's right there. Don't get me started about the wallets magically popping up everywhere, an other wise almost comical expectation we've built up towards the injustices covered up by your stale and shallow viewpoint. There is a much larger epidemic of violence you steadfastly ignore but that's how you roll, right?
February 16, 2013 at 7:24 PM
Citation, please?
February 16, 2013 at 6:28 PM
Just to clarify, he did not have any automatic weapons. Fully automatic weapons have been illegal since 1934 for 99% of the population. Have a little knowledge on the topic before you open your piehole next time. Thanks
February 16, 2013 at 10:12 PM
He actually spoke to the pointlessness of automatic weapons in his manifesto.
His argument was: 99% of outside the wire operations in Iraq use fire modes other than fully automatic as fully automatic destroys any kind of accuracy. It's good if you want to pin people down, it's useless if you want to kill a specific person.
He was quite content with legal alternatives as, to him, they provided every useful lethal feature of their supposedly differentiated military counterparts.
February 16, 2013 at 8:35 PM
"Please explain to me how, under ANY circumstances, a 230 lb man is justified in targeting school children with automatic weapons?"
Those kids are suicide bombers. There, done. Took me 3 seconds to come up with one.
February 16, 2013 at 10:06 PM
One possible way to read it is to read in that he was in some way threatening to attack children in schools.
An arguably more accurate read is he stated schools were not a place for the officers to assume they, the officers, were safe – that there was nowhere they would be able to let their guard down.
Read the "He continued…" statement again. Is he saying the children will be eradicated? Or is he speaking to the children of the officers he eradicated?
The guy was batshit crazy. His response was in all sane ways disproportionate. But, if you wish to vilify him for what he did, vilify him for what he did not for supposed inference from sentences that most likely meant something completely different.
Vilify him for targeting the adult child of his lawyer and her fiancé. Vilify him for believing murder is acceptable if the police force is corrupt enough. But you don't need to read in things that weren't actually stated.
February 17, 2013 at 12:31 AM
Our government does it all the time, why shouldn't he?
February 16, 2013 at 3:06 PM
Oh I wonder if the game includes the option of ending the game by the so-called heroic character taking its own life… This game is sick just like the people who created it.
February 16, 2013 at 10:44 PM
Hey, if people weren't sick, they wouldn't need hospitals.
February 16, 2013 at 4:53 PM
I don’t think he took his own life. Don’t believe everything you read. The cops did tell the news choppers to leave the area. I don’t agree with Dorner killing innocent people, but the reason many like him is because he stood up to corruption and had the guts to ruin his life to send the message that he would not let crooked cops get away with what they did. Just look at LAPD’s history of bad conduct and lawless behavior, it is believable they lied to protect a dirty criminal cop. As for the game. Whatever. It’s just a game. Don’t agree with it? Stay away from it. Easy. It is not difficult. Unless your IQ is that low.
February 16, 2013 at 6:02 PM
My God, you are an incredibly stupid person. Were you born that way or were you dropped on your head? I mean, it is almost hard to believe, how someone can be as deeply stupid as you are.
February 16, 2013 at 9:05 PM
Those are some big arguments. Dumb, stupid, piece of shit, idiot, junkie, crackhead,… whats your point loser.
February 16, 2013 at 5:11 PM
I guess all the dorner fans will have no complaints if one of their coworkers is fired and decides to get even by killing them.
February 16, 2013 at 6:14 PM
If anybody thinks that chris is right, YOU NEED HELP. There are 4 family's that will never be the same. show support for the one's who protect YOU. If you needed help or your family needed help who would you call? Every day they suit up and go out to protect people like you. I'm sorry to the families of this horrible act and sorry for those who will never feel what you feel right now. HAVE SOME RESPECT PEOPLE!
February 16, 2013 at 8:08 PM
I personally would never call the police for any reason. I can protect my house and those i love. I arm when i hear sirens. No one is protecting you, but you.
February 16, 2013 at 8:41 PM
Police protect you a hell of a lot less than you think. they are revenue officials for the state. occasionally, they arrest criminals (after the crime). The image you have of a cop becoming sweaty fighting evil-doers all day is as ficticious as your view that dorner did no good whatsoever. What he did is deplorable, but aside from shooting cops who had little to do with his actual case, his actions could be understood. Dont be corrupt, and you wont lose your kids. Seems simple, right?
February 16, 2013 at 6:23 PM
Kevor read the mainfesto slowly and carefully maybe you failed reading or understanding. His direct quotes would he would hunt down families of officers and make them pay..Chris was a very sick individual
I feel for his family but even they said the do not agree with his actions…Pray that your a never in a work place with a disgruntled employee that is fired and comes back for revenge I have been there and it isn't a place I would wish on my worse enemy…also please refrain from the name calling it reallys waters down
your comments that might e valid but they aren't read due to your name calling…
February 16, 2013 at 6:37 PM
It's strange he let the carjacking victim and home owners be without hurting or worse killing them, but he killed cops. What does that tell you?
February 17, 2013 at 7:12 AM
That he likes bacon?
February 16, 2013 at 7:22 PM
Does it end with LA POLICE burning Dorner to death with tear gas. Murder a murderer? The LA POLICE and whoever launched the tear gas and gave the order to do so should both be charged.
February 17, 2013 at 7:12 AM
I checked that out. If you run out of the cabin and die, you can see the building catch fire.
February 16, 2013 at 7:31 PM
You’re idiots, all of you. The creator of the game made it to generate EXACTLY this response, he did it to get a rise out of people, to hear the gasps and see the monocles dropping into people’s tea.
Why? Because he was banking on the fact that just as most people are so stupid they don’t realize that The Onion is satire and not real news, most people will see this game and think it represents an actual sentiment on the part of the creator.
*slow clap* well done on proving his point.
February 16, 2013 at 8:06 PM
So are you the creator of the game or can you just read minds?
February 16, 2013 at 8:21 PM
The site they reference, "4chan", is fairly well known across the internet. They have a reputation for causing trouble "for the lulz".
February 17, 2013 at 3:49 AM
It's 4chan, that's what they do. They feed upon your indignation.
February 16, 2013 at 8:19 PM
1. Nobody "created a game". They took an existing game and changed a few pictures around.
2. The game is not "Anti-American". The game is a form of speech. Speech is protected. It's the people who want to suppress it who are "Anti-American."
February 16, 2013 at 8:21 PM
VIDIOTS WILL BE VIDIOTS!
February 16, 2013 at 8:34 PM
It's freedom of speech. Only Cultural Marxists would say this is unAmerican.
February 16, 2013 at 8:52 PM
What's next? Are they gonna name the mountain that Dorner died on 'Dorner Mountain'?
February 16, 2013 at 9:00 PM
He was a hero when he turned in the other cop for police brutality. If he would've stuck to killing cops, he'd be a hero. But he killed innocent people – he became that in which he claimed to be against. He's not a hero, just another murdering pig. Burn in hell Dorner
February 16, 2013 at 9:03 PM
no not a hero just the main character nothing like the media twisting things
February 16, 2013 at 9:08 PM
Dorner was a true american hero. The fire rises.

MALWARE
February 16, 2013 at 10:21 PM
What bothers me is that they didn't include a link to the game. You know, so we can "investigate" for ourselves.
February 16, 2013 at 11:31 PM
Just because Dorner is the player character doesn't make him the "hero". The game is like an interactive South Park episode. It's absurd and ridiculous. Charlie Sheen is on TV in the cabin playing the actual clip of Sheen asking Dorner to call him. Gov. Schwarzenegger appears as a giant Terminator. It's a joke.
If people are getting a little crazy in discussing the whole tragedy, it's the LAPD's fault for making themselves an embarrassment that nobody wants to root for. How amazingly easy it should be to look like the "good guys" compared to a murderer like Dorner. Somehow the LAPD's image is so bad they can't even clear that really low bar.
If anybody wants to express outrage at poor behavior, start with the LAPD rather than people who blow off steam online. If LAPD wants to be considered the heroes they should consistently act in the way that earns such accolades.
February 16, 2013 at 11:36 PM
Apparently a lot of people are unfamiliar with 4chan…
February 17, 2013 at 2:30 AM
And apparently a lot of people are unfamilliar with the LAPD….

February 17, 2013 at 8:17 AM
Honestly whoever made this game is an IDIOT! If you support Dorner killing people then your stupid. You can easily agree with knowing there was truth in what he said, and try to be apart of a positive change. But thank you for being the group that has no brain.

Maximum-Emergency Compensatory Action:
(1) The willful and deliberate elimination of one or more Racists (White Supremacists), through death, and, the willful and deliberate elimination of self, through death, by a Victim of Racism [non-white person], acting alone, according to a detailed plan, and acting only after he or she has judged that he or she is no longer able to effectively promote justice except by eliminating one or more Racists, as well as eliminating him or herself, as a subject of the Racists.
(2) Swift, efficient, surprise execution of one or more Racists (White Supremacists), by an individual Victim of Racism, acting openly and alone, at a time and place of his or her own choosing continuing to execute as many Racists as possible, without respite or surrender, until he or she is forced to eliminate self, rather than be eliminated or captured by others.
[Note: Maximum-Emergency Compensatory Action is enacted only under prolonged conditions of extreme and practical hopeless deprivation, and acute suffering (of injustice), caused, and/or promoted by those persons [white] who practice White Supremacy (Racism)] http://www.counter-racism.com/cgi-bin/work-study/…
February 17, 2013 at 10:50 AM
He MAY have been unjustly fired (I sure don't have the unemotional facts) but he is worlds away from my definition of a "Hero". The world has too many low expectation individuals!
February 17, 2013 at 12:00 PM
It isn't a game, it is a mod/addon for an old game called Doom. One guy made this…and honestly the media covering this is only promoting it…I would have never heard of it otherwise.
February 17, 2013 at 6:17 PM
Idiots. It's satire. It's dripping with satire. Slow news day? Creating controversey where there is none? Glad to see "Journalism is still alive" in America.
Get better at your jobs.

February 18, 2013 at 10:24 AM
Very informative review of "Chris Dorner’s Last Stand: A True American Hero"!! I think this game will be quite interesting for playing. Since long time I was expecting for real story based games and can't wait to try this new video game out. Thanks.
