Sofitel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills is hosting an Oscar viewing party full with french cuisine and tasty dishes. Steve Valentine and Chef Gary Altounian joined us with a preview of some dishes they will be offering. They also shared how people can re create some delicious flat bread pizzas if they want to watch the Oscar festivities at home.

Easy, these are recent grads with only 25 credits. Our schools don't educate children , they indoctrinate.
