DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES (KTLA) – A very special benefit is taking place Saturday morning (Mar. 2) for the families of fallen Riverside police officer Michael Crain and San Bernardino Sheriff’s detective Jeremiah MacKay.
The benefit is hosted by a group called My Brother’s Keeper, and it consists of a cross-fit workout in downtown L.A.
KTLA 5′s Elizabeth Espinosa donned her workout gear to get a first-hand sampling of the cross-fit regimen, all for a good cause.
The event is happening at Trojan Cross Fit, 431 So. Hewitt St., Los Angeles 90013. The donation fee is $20, and all proceeds will go to the families of the slain officers.
