Off-Duty Costa Mesa Officer Killed in Crash – Jennifer Gould Reports

The Costa Mesa Police Department is mourning the loss of one of their own, who died in a crash while off-duty. Some reports say speeding may have been a factor. KTLA’s Jennifer Gould reports.
