SIMI VALLEY, Calif. (KTLA) — An elementary school teacher in Simi Valley has been accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a student.
Police say the female instructor worked at Garden Grove Elementary, located in the 2200 block of Tracy Avenue.
Her name has not been released. She has been placed on administrative leave while the investigation is conducted.
The allegations were brought to police by Simi Valley School District administrators on Feb. 22.
The alleged conduct had occurred in the past four months.
Police have not provided any details about the age of the student involved or the nature of the relationship.
