SIMI VALLEY, Calif. (KTLA) — Missing Fox executive Gavin Smith’s disappearance is now being investigated as a homicide after a Mercedes Benz registered to Smith was recovered at a storage facility, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
