VENTURA, Calif. — A teenager has been arrested in the theft of 5 horses in Ventura County.
One standard-sized horse and four miniature horses valued in total at more than $10,000 plus two saddles were recovered from a stable on Lewis Road.
Sheriff’s deputies arrested Oscar Pina, 19, for of possession of stolen property.
The horses were in good condition and were returned to their owner.
