
SAN MARINO (KTLA) — SWAT officers captured a robbery suspect on the grounds of San Marino High School on Sunday after a six-hour manhunt overnight.
Suspect William Bolczak, 42, of Hemet, was taken into custody at 6:30 a.m. on Sunday.
The incident began late Saturday night when a 7-11 was robbed on North Garfield Avenue in Alhambra.
Officers chased the suspect on foot down Huntington Drive and fired at him without hitting him.
The suspect then disappeared into the dark, spread-out high school campus.
