According to police, Sizemore was involved with a woman whose boyfriend came looking for the actor.

The man, who was not identified, pretended he had a gun and threatened the woman and the actor.

Two years later, Sizemore was arrested outside the Four Points Sheraton hotel in Bakersfield, California for possession of methamphetamine.

He was sentenced to 16 months in prison.
