Cyclist Left for Dead After Hit and Run Speaking Out — Mary Beth McDade Reports

GRIFFITH PARK — Authorities are looking for the driver of a minivan that struck a cyclist and left him for dead on the Zoo Drive on ramp.

In addition to losing one of his legs below the knee, Damian Kevitt, of Los Angeles, suffered numerous broken bones and severe road rash on his chest and back in the accident last week, according to the California Highway Patrol.

Mary Beth McDade spoke with Damian about the crash.
