Bell Judge Declares Mistrial Saying All Hell has Broken Loose — Sara Welch Reports

LOS ANGELES (KTLA) — The judge has declared a mistrial on the remaining counts in the Bell corruption trial after deadlock.

“It seems to me all hell has broken loose,” Judge Kathleen Kennedy said Thursday afternoon.
