ORANGE, Calif. (KTLA) — The abuse of ‘huffing’ propellants and other chemicals is on the rise among teenagers, according to teen addiction specialist Jamison Monroe, Jr.
Monroe faults the Internet with the increase of abuse because teenagers can easily obtain information about the legal but potentially dangerous products that young people are inhaling.
Monroe and his family founded the Newport Academy, which treats ‘huffing’ addiction.
