Winds, rain, and snow …

The winds howled all night where I live. Between the winds and my emergency weather alert going off several times, my night was not as restful.

But I’m not going to complain because poor Gabe woke up to this.

In parts of Riverside, gusts reach over 85 miles per hour this afternoon, at Toner Canyon gusts this evening have reached 51 miles per hour.

Thankfully, the winds will subside tonight into tomorrow.

By the way, if you’re the coast, did you get out to see the high surf?

There was rain and snow showers near the Tejon Pass, in addition to the strong winds.

Blowing sand and dust shut down the 14 for a while, and there was an overturned big rig on the 10 through the Coachella Valley.

Thanks for sending this photo Gabe. Don’t forget to send me your weather photos at sendit@ktla.com and like Gabe’s we will share it.
