Mayor Villaraigosa Delivers Final State of the City Address — Carolyn Costello Reports

WESTWOOD, Calif. (KTLA) — L.A. Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa delivered his final “State of the City’ address Tuesday after 8 years in office.

During his 30-minute speech from his alma mater UCLA, the mayor focused on gains made in public safety, transportation, the economy and environment, as well as education.
