Suspects in Stolen Porsche Lead Authorities on 100-MPH Pursuit

WEST LOS ANGELES (KTLA) — Two car theft suspects have been arrested after a dangerous pursuit that topped speeds of more than 100 mph¬†Friday.

Officers from the LAPD’s Topanga division spotted¬†the Porsche Cayenne, which was reportedly stolen in San Diego, and attempted to stop it, according to a LAPD spokesman.

The suspects drove more than 100 mph while weaving in and out of fast-flowing traffic on the 405 Freeway.

After blowing a tire, the suspects ditched the vehicle on the shoulder of the 10 Freeway and ran into a neighborhood.

One suspect ran into a house and changed his clothes before authorities finally caught up with him.

Both were taken into custody without anyone being harmed.
