The program combines strength training, cardiovascular fitness and an online support community to help people reach their fitness goals with trainers including former NBC’s Biggest Loser celebrity trainer Kim Lyons. Users workout an average of just 85 minutes a week and lose as much as 24 lbs., 38% of body fat and 16 overall inches in just 10 weeks of one of our challenges. It uses a proprietary resistance system which allows you to work out with between 5 and 150 pounds of resistance. By performing alternating strength and cardiovascular exercises in one minute intervals, the Journey Gym provides a revolutionary fitness solution for any person at any level.
The journey gym CORE package has everything you need to start your health journey right. In addition to the patented journey gym, the CORE package comes with the basic building blocks leading to better health, allowing you to get fit, track your progress, learn to eat sensibly and communicate your success to others. Jump5150- An indoor trampoline park locally owned and operated by Hollywood stuntman Kurt Bryant.
Jump5150 is currently offering Jump Fit classes on Monday evenings from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. and on Thursday mornings from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. The cost is only $59 for a six week session. Participants will receive a total body conditioning class including fat-blasting cardio and metabolism-boosting strength and power exercises. Classes will incorporate “boot camp” like training. They will also receive expert fitness and nutrition tips from Heather Flebbe, M.S., Professor of Exercise Physiology and American College of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer. We host great birthday parties and encourage everyone to come out to Taco Tuesday and our Family Night each Thursday evening where four jumpers can enjoy two hours of jump time and a large pizza and a bottle of water for each person.
