In the world of law, Judge Jacqueline Ngyuen is a triple threat.

But before there was order in her court, as part of a family of Vietnamese refugees in 1975, a 10-year-old Jacqueline temporarily lived in a tent city in Camp Pendleton before settling into La Crescenta.
