Motorcyclist Killed in Hit-and-Run in Arcadia
ARCADIA, Calif. (KTLA) — Police were looking for the driver in a hit-and-run crash that left a motorcyclist dead in Arcadia Tuesday night.
It happened just before 8 p.m. in the 200 block of West Foothill Boulevard, according to Arcadia police.
Officers who responded found a motorcyclist that had been involved in a collision with a vehicle. The driver of the vehicle had fled the scene.
The motorcyclist was treated by paramedics at the scene and transported to Huntington Memorial Hospital, where he died from his injuries.
His name was not immediately released, pending notification of his family.
Police were looking for an electric blue Mitsubishi, possibly a Lancer.
It will have passenger side damage from the collision, police said.
