Norco Boy ‘Wrongly Suspended’ After Watching School Fight

NORCO, Calif. (KTLA) –  A Norco mother planned to fight to have her son’s name cleared, after the 12-year-old was suspended from Riverview Elementary for watching an alleged school bullying incident.

Jimmy Linton was wrongly punished simply because he witnessed a fight between two other boys, his mother Regina Linton exclusively told KTLA 5 on Saturday.

Linton provided cell phone video of the fight, which she said proves her son witnessed, but did not take part in the incident.

KTLA 5 contacted the Corona/Norco School Board for more information, but so far our calls have not been not returned.
