Fullerton Homeless Encampment Ordered to Clear Out
FULLERTON, Calif. (KTLA) — Dozens of homeless people living in a makeshift encampment were ordered to clear out Friday.
The campers were living along a 250-yard-long row of tents paralleling railroad tracks and adjacent to the former Hunt Branch Library.
Residents were given 48-hours notice to disband Wednesday by Fullerton police officers.
Volunteers with Coast to Coast Foundation were at the camp Friday helping people move their belongs to storage lockers or other camps.
