1,700 LADWP Customers Lose Power in Hollywood Hills

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. (KTLA) — More than 1,700 Los Angeles Department of Water and Power customers were without electricity in the Hollywood Hills on Thursday, the agency said.

Crews were working to restore the power as quickly as possible, LADWP officials said.

The work was expected to take until at least 5:30 p.m.

The cause of the outage was under investigation, officials said.
