The 2013 OC Fair is now open through Sunday, August 11th. This event brings 23 days of food, rides, exhibits, animals, music, action sports and fun, as well as the Toyota Summer Concert Series at the Pacific Amphitheater, The Hangar and Action Sports Arena. With its theme, “Come & Get It,” the OC Fair offers a multitude of promotions, discounts, and deals to allow fair goers to come and get the most out of the Fair without breaking their budget.
Fair goers who want to give back to the community while also saving on admission can participate in the “We Care Wednesday” weekly donation drives, which offer FREE admission and one FREE carnival ride with the proper donation. Donation requirements change weekly.
Today’s “We Care Wednesday” donation drive is a food drive benefiting the Orange County Food Bank and the Second Harvest Food Bank Orange County.
Donate 5 cans of food and receive FREE admission plus one FREE carnival ride from Noon to 4 PM TODAY.
The Orange County Food Bank and the Second Harvest Food Bank supply nearly 35 million pounds of food annually to hundreds of Orange County churches, soup kitchens, shelters, senior centers, and social service organizations. Those organizations provide food to homeless individuals, unemployed persons, individuals with disabilities, seniors living on fixed incomes, and the working poor.
Please note: Promotions are honored only during their specified time frame. Please prepare to arrive early. Don’t let traffic or lines keep you from enjoying these popular discounts and deals. “We Care Wednesday” donations will NOT be accepted at Gate 5 off of Arlington Drive. Visit the Blue, Green and Yellow Gates to make donations.
