GRILLED PEACHES with BLUE CHEESE
Lana’s delicious accompaniment to skirt steak or pork chops on the grill.
3 peaches, halved and pitted
2 ounces crumbled blue cheese
1 1/2 tablespoons honey
Fill each nectarine cavity with blue cheese. Drizzle with honey and season with pepper. Place nectarines on the cooler side of the grill to allow the blue cheese to melt and the exterior to char slightly.
