Traveling East?

blog picThere’s a slight risk of severe thunderstorms through Thursday evening. The regions impacted will be portions of the upper Midwest and the central and southern Plains.

The primary threats will be damaging winds and large hail which should occur during the afternoon and evening hours.  Heavy rainfall could also lead to flash flooding in the southern Plains.

As of last check, models are showing that a mid/upper low will continue to develop inland off the northeastern Pacific into British Columbia until early Friday.

Check the weather if your travels plans take you in that direction.
