SANTA ANA, Calif. (KTLA) — Police were asking for the public’s help Thursday in identifying a man wanted for robbing one Subway restaurant four times in the past several weeks.
The employees were in the back of the restaurant when the man entered, according to Santa Ana police.
He jumped over the front counter and confronted the employees with a knife demanding cash.
“He’s brazen, Cpl. Anthony Bertagna said. “He always jumps over the front counter. It’s obvious he’s getting more comfortable.”
The robber was described as a Hispanic man in his 20s, about 6 feet tall, 200 pounds with a medium build, and wearing a dark, hooded sweatshirt.
Anyone with information was urged to call Orange County Crime Stoppers at 1-855-TIP-OCCS (1-855-847-6227).
