Allie Mac Kay was live from Rainbow Lagoon with a preview of the annual Long Beach BBQ Festival. She talks with three different chefs from the south who provide details on grilling pork, brisket and ribs.
It’s a Texas-sized barbeque feast, as America’s top Pit masters gather together to grill juicy pork ribs, pulled pork, tri-tip, sausages, and chicken. There will also be side dishes, beer & wine cantinas, all-you-can-eat VIP Rib Village for heartier appetites and country-western entertainment.
