The founder of the Heroes Project Tim Medvetz joined us live to talk about his foundation and his annual fundraiser Cycle for Heroes, a 3 hour rock ‘n roll inspired stationary cycling event that will be taking place on tonight at 6:30p at the Santa Monica Pier.  Tim also brought two veterans with him who are a part of the Heroes Project, USMC Staff Sergeant Mark Zambon and USMC Staff Sergeant Thomas Charles Linville.  Tim is a former Hells Angel who has altered his life path and created the Heroes Project to raise money for veterans who lost limbs during the war. He takes them on climbs on the biggest summits throughout the world so they can rediscover their value in life. It is literally changing lives one person at a time.  Staff Sergeant Mark Zambon successfully climbed Mt Kilamanjaro with Tim.  Staff Sergeant Thomas Charles Linville is training to climb with Tim in January.  For more information on The Heroes Project and how you can donate, you can go to The Heroes Project. It’s not too late to sign up for the Cycle of Heroes.  For more details, see the information below.
