Rain Creates Miserable Driving Conditions for SoCal Commuters — Kimberly Cheng Reports

The first storm of the fall season brought showers, cooler temperatures and gusty winds to much of Southern California on Wednesday. The fall-like weather created numerous traffic headaches for commuters.
