What do heroes drive? We can see the D.C. Entertainment superhero inspired Kia vehicles and the museum. Adults and children who dress at their favorite super hero receive free admission. Learn about our local history at a Noontime ceremony observing the 50-year anniversary of the Baldwin Hills Dam burst at the Kenneth Hahn State Recreation area. More than 40-homes were destroyed and five lives lost. The disaster created a new era of news coverage as KTLA, Channel 5 first used live helicopter broadcasts to alert the city to the emergency.
