More than a dozen people who were arrested during a protest of the SeaWorld float at the Rose Parade were scheduled to be arraigned Monday in Pasadena, but the court proceedings were postposed. Kareen Wynter reports from Pasadena for the KTLA 5 News at 1 p.m. on Feb. 3, 2014.
