An Azusa couple facing eviction was fighting on Monday to keep the home they invested their life savings into.
Jaime and Juana Coronel raised four sons in the 1,200 square foot single story home.
Fannie Mae foreclosed in 2010 after some missed payments and rented the home back to the Coronels.
Eventually, they received an eviction notice because the bank wanted to sell the home. The Coronels say they can afford the home but the bank won’t sell to them.
The four year battle is now in the hands of a superior court judge.
