Sales Coordinator

Assists three Local Sales Managers in all aspects of Sales related functions. Employee will handle a variety of routine and non-routine client requests and tasks from Managers. Responsible for coordinating Manager’s travel arrangements, maintaining and reconciling daily activity report, oversee system coding, submit monthly expense reports, and will generate various departmental reports

Job Requirements
A successful candidate must be motivated with the ability to work in an extremely fast pace and challenging environment. The individual must be very organized and have the ability to prioritize, multitask and perform all duties in an efficient and effective manner. Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to respond quickly, clearly and effectively to internal and external clients via email and telephone. Accurate data entry and word processing skills of 50 wpm is crucial. Must possess solid spelling, punctuation and grammatical skills in order to prepare a variety of paperwork from rough drafts. Requires use of sound judgment to handle a variety of day-to-day routine and non-routine sales-related situations to the satisfaction of the client and KTLA. Applicant must be well versed in Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and experience using WideOrbit system is preferred. Associate degree or equivalent related experience in television broadcasting, preferably in sales, advertising or traffic gained through work experience.
