Missing 17-Year-Old Reseda Man May Have Fled to Florida

A 17-year-old Reseda man was missing since Friday, according to the LAPD.

Azur Rosas was last seen around 7:30 a.m. when his mother dropped him off in front of Reseda High School located in the 18200 block of Kittridge Street (map), according to a Los Angeles Police Department press release.

Rosas’ mother said he established a phone and Internet relationship with an adult in Florida and may have left for Miami, the release stated.

Rosas was described as a white male standing 6 feet 3 inches tall, with brown hair, brown eyes and weighing about 135 pounds. He was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and carrying a black backpack when he was last seen.

LAPD asked that anyone with information call the West Valley Area Watch Commander at 818-374-7611.
