The family was sitting at a stop sign at Main Street and Balsam Avenue (map) Sunday morning when the van crashed into their car and rolled on top of it killing everyone inside, authorities said.

Angelica Garcia-Garcia and Gerardo Jimenez were in the car along with their three children: Ivan Jimenez-Garcia, 2; Freddy Garcia-Garcia, 9; and Cindy Jimenez, 4.

“I’m in denial,” said Angelica’s cousin Patrisia Garcia. “I can’t believe it. I don’t want to believe it.”

The family was going to Disneyland on Sunday to celebrate Cindy’s birthday.  She would have turned 5 on Monday.
