Danon Drake, 23, turned himself into the Inglewood Police Department Wednesday night after he was informed that police were looking for him and his picture was broadcasted on the news, according to a Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department news release.

He was booked and held in lieu of $1 million bail.

Drake was suspected of sexually assaulting a woman on May 17 before she was able to kick him off and exit the train.

Srgt. Roel Garcia confirmed Drake was the man wanted for the assault. The crime was being investigated by the department’s special victims bureau, the news release stated.
